HTC's first blockchain smartphone Exodus will be beta in the third quarter


HTC's world's first blockchain smartphone Exodus officially opened beta in the third quarter. At the same time, HTC teamed up with CryptoKitties, the world's first blockchain game, to unveil the world's most popular non-replaceable token (NFT) game on the mobile side.

The emergence of Bitcoin and Ethereum also brings the concept of digital scarcity and non-fungible tokens. HTC has teamed up with the world's first blockchain NFT game CryptoKitties. From now on, the game will be exclusively available for some HTC mobile phone products including HTC U12+ (limited to applicable areas).


Creating a platform and distribution channel is the very first step for developers who create digital products with irreplaceable attributes. Up to now, mobile devices are the most widely used devices and will be the focus of the distribution chain, enabling digital assets and decentralized applications to reach their full potential.

For the NFT market and the encryption game App store area, the cooperation with CryptoKitties is only the beginning. HTC Chief Blockchain Officer Chen Xinsheng said: "We understand the potential of digital scarcity and uniqueness. HTC aims to build a common blockchain asset market through Exodus. We welcome all developers to distribute their products through our platform. Blockchain games, collection systems and NFT content. Meanwhile, HTC also announced cooperation with Animoca Brands and Bitmark. Animoca Brands is the distributor of the content of CryptoKitties, and Bitmark is responsible for creating digital ownership projects based on encryption technology, and will work together with HTC to accelerate the development of the blockchain ecosystem.
